MySchoolEase is a cloud-based school management system that provides tools for academic administration, student management, staff management, communication, attendance, exams, fees, transportation tracking, and related services.

2. Account Responsibility
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Subscription & Billing
• The platform is offered on a subscription basis, typically charged per active student per month.
• Fees must be paid according to the selected plan.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or restricted access.

4. Data Ownership
All institutional, staff, student, and parent data entered into the platform remains the property of the respective school.
MySchoolEase acts only as a secure data processor.

5. Acceptable Use
Schools agree not to:
• Use the system for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access or system manipulation
• Misuse communication tools for spam or harassment

6. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service.

7. Updates & Features
MySchoolEase may add, modify, or remove features to improve the platform. Major changes affecting functionality will be communicated.

8. Limitation of Liability
MySchoolEase is not liable for indirect losses, data entry errors made by users, or disruptions caused by external infrastructure providers.

9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or payments remain overdue.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
